You are looking at an absolutely beautiful 1964 Pontiac GTO Convertible. This immaculate 1st generation GTO was top dog in 64. This car has undergone a complete frame-off restoration just a few years ago and remains in absolutely beautiful condition today.
Ember Red paint and all chrome shines like new, Trim is all new. New Ermine White power top with glass window operates as it should. New matching white boot is included as well.
The interior is Ermine White and is all new and in MINT condition. This highly optioned car has many rare features. Factory GTO package built-in Dash Tach with Rev Limiter that works perfectly. Power steering & dual cylinder power brakes were factory options. This is a factory radio delete car however, a new 4 speaker sound system with remote & Iphone hookup was installed in the glove box. A sub-woofer is neatly installed in the trunk as shown. Other options include dual side view mirrors, rear backup lights and more. The horn, T3 head lights, brake lights & signals and all factory gauges work as they should. Three aftermarket gauges have been mounted under the dash. Front and rear seat belts were added
It is obvious by the way this car was optioned that it was built for high performance driving. This was a true factory built 389ci Tri-Power car with factory Hurst 4speed. The original engine of this race built GTO is long gone but a newer ’69 Pontiac engine with the same Tri-Power setup has replaced the original and runs even better. She has an M-20 Hurst 4 speed keeping with its originality. Dual exhaust with dual chrome extensions are also part of this cars original setup. This car starts instantly, idles and drives perfectly. When pushed, she launches quickly off the line yet cruises easily at 65mph at a mere 2500RPMs. 73mph revs at 3000RPMs.
BF Goodrich T/A radials are as good as new. 225/70/R14s in the front and a slightly wider 215/70/R14s in the rear.

This car needs nothing. Shes ready to go where you take her in GTO style, complete reliability and safety. So what does this car NOT do?? She does not stall for any reason or have trouble restarting after long runs or quick stops. She does not pull to either side even while braking. It does not have an engine PING when stepping on the pedal. It does not grind or slip through any gears. She does not overheat at all. She runs at a cool 180degrees during long highway drives or heavy traffic). This car is all around “incredible”!
